My projects encompass UX observation, dashboard design, login flow optimization, bug tracking and management, icon design standardization, color management, UX design partner research, table design, prototype development, and design element review. The goal is to enhance usability, functionality, security, and visual appeal, leading to an improved user experience and cohesive design across all components.

Developed a process for tracking and managing bugs using JIRA
Maintained an updated list of known bugs and prioritize them based on severity and impact
Implemented vulnerability management to ensure the security of the product
Icon Design and Standardization
Developed a list of icons used throughout the product and create an inventory
Replaced icons to improve user experience and simplify the icon list to reduce clutter
Converted icons to SVG format for better scalability and import them to Zeplin for ease of collaboration

Created a Sketch file with an inventory of all colors used in the product
Conducted a color scrub to ensure consistency and clarity across the product
Developed a color Sketch file to identify differences between LeapLabs and iOS design discrepancies
UX Design Partner Research
Conducted vendor research to identify potential UX design partners for future collaboration
Evaluated potential partners based on their expertise and fit with LeapLabs' goals and values
Developed a process for selecting and working with UX design partners in the future
Table Design
Researched and developed modern table designs for improved usability and functionality
Created prototypes to test and evaluate different table designs
Integrated the selected table design into the product for improved user experience
Prototype Development
Developed a prototype shell for vulnerability management, starting from lo-fi and transitioning to hi-fi
Created a prototype for vulnerability management in Figma for testing and evaluation
Used feedback from testing to refine and improve the prototype for eventual implementation
Design Element Review
Conducted UX design reviews for 5 design elements, including line weights, icon alternatives, readability, colors, etc.
Developed recommendations for improving the design elements based on feedback
Implemented changes to improve the overall design and user experience of the product.
